 | The Ingredients |
 | Slice some chicken fillet fairly thinly |
 | Dunk the chicken in milk ( I usually use egg but I had ran out ) |
 | Slice some garlic |
 | Slice some ginger and cut into julienne |
 | Coat the chicken in flour |
 | Fry in small batches till golden |
 | Cur some pepper |
 | Heat a little sesame oil in some vegetable oil |
 | Add the garlic ginger & pepper and fry for a couple of minutes |
 | Add some vinegar ( I don't use malt vinegar, use spirit vinegar or non brewed condiment ) |
 | Add some tomato paste to give a nice orange colour |
 | Add sugar to tatse |
 | Mix some corn flour with a little water and add to the sauce to thicken |
 | Stir it up |
 | Dish up the chicken coat with the sauce and server with rice |
